Straight Angeli celebrates first anniversary and major debut

The six-member female idol group Straight Angeli, managed by Stardust Promotion, held a special anniversary concert titled ‘Straight Angeli 1st Anniversary Live -Campanella-’ at Ebisu The Garden Hall in Tokyo on November 1.

Marking one year since their initial digital debut, the group celebrated their major label debut with Universal Music through the release of the song ‘Bokura Habataita Hi’. During the performance, the members participated in a ‘Habataki-shiki’ ceremony attended by Universal Music President and CEO Nao Fujikura. During this ceremony, the group made three pledges: to remain grateful through their music, to release songs that reach many hearts, and to aim for the Nippon Budokan.

Leader Nene Matsumoto declared the group’s intention to perform at the Budokan, while member Seira Aiba expressed a goal of becoming a national idol loved by all generations. The concert featured a mix of their own ‘Kawaii Rock’ concept songs and medleys paying respect to senior groups under their management.
