Strakonice Hospital takes over pediatric clinic in Vimperk

Strakonice Hospital has officially taken over the operation of a pediatric outpatient clinic located in the Smetana Elementary School building in Vimperk. The transition, which took effect on September 1, ensures that pediatric care remains available within the city.

Tomáš Fiala, director of Strakonice Hospital, noted that the opening is a result of cooperation between several South Bohemian medical facilities. The clinic will be open every working day from 8:00 to 14:00. This new management follows a temporary period where Penta Hospitals, which also operates Vimperk Hospital, assisted with the clinic's operations. The transition of patient registrations was reported to have occurred without complications.
