STRAMM labor plenary held in Madeira

A plenary meeting convened by the Sindicato dos Trabalhadores Rodoviários e Actividades Metalúrgicas da Região Autónoma da Madeira (STRAMM) has been held to address negotiations within the road passenger transport sector under the ACIF collective agreement.

While authorities warned of potential service reductions, delays, or route cancellations due to possible worker participation, initial reports from Funchal indicate that bus services have continued to operate without significant disruption. Passengers at major stops, such as Avenida do Mar, reported that circulation remained within normal parameters during the morning hours.
