Strange Scaffold announces I Am Your Beast for Nintendo Switch

Strange Scaffold has announced that the first-person arcade shooter I Am Your Beast will launch on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on October 20, 2026. This release marks the title's first appearance on Nintendo hardware following its previous launches on PC, iOS, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Alongside the console launch, the developer is releasing a new story prequel DLC titled ‘I Am Your Beast: Quitting Time’ for PC on the same date. The expansion follows protagonist Alphonse Harding during his time as a covert agent in Southeast Asia, prior to the events of the original game. The DLC will include 10 new fully voiced levels, a new enemy faction known as the Patriotic Defense League, and new equipment such as a throwable riot shield. Console versions of the DLC are expected to follow at a later date.
