Straquasar running race opens registrations for ninth edition

Registrations are now open for the ninth edition of the Straquasar running race, scheduled for Sunday, November 8, 2026. The event will start and finish at the Quasar Village shopping center in Ellera, Corciano.

The race covers a distance of nearly 11 kilometers through the Corciano countryside, including the area of Solomeo. The route, which has been updated in recent editions to be more accessible and attractive, will feature roads closed to vehicular traffic to ensure participant safety.

The event is organized by Unatici Ellera Corciano and Cdp Atletica Perugia, with support from Archi’s Comunicazione and under the auspices of Fidal Umbria and Endas. Local authorities and Civil Protection will collaborate to manage safety along the course. Participants include Fidal members, Runcard holders, and athletes with valid medical certifications from recognized sports promotion bodies.
