A man died and two women were injured following a police pursuit and subsequent collision near Stratford-upon-Avon on Monday. The incident began when Warwickshire Police attempted to stop a black Audi on Birmingham Road around 17:30 BST.

After failing to pull over, the Audi pursued through several areas before colliding with a white Ford Puma on the A439 Warwick Road. The driver of the Ford sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire via air ambulance.
