Strawberry launches AI agent platform for non-technical teams
Swedish startup Strawberry has officially launched version 1.0 of its AI agent platform, designed to integrate artificial intelligence directly into a web browser. The platform aims to bridge the gap between simple conversational chatbots and highly complex engineering tools by providing an interface accessible to non-technical employees.
Users can create or utilize pre-configured AI companions to handle tasks in departments such as sales, marketing, legal, and commercial operations. These agents are capable of making operational decisions and acting on behalf of users, such as managing email exchanges. The platform includes a ‘Multiplayer’ feature, allowing teams to share agents, files, and specific skills.
Developed by a 12-person team in Stockholm, Strawberry has secured $6 million in investment from funds including EQT and General Catalyst. The platform functions by connecting agents to existing corporate workflows and communication tools like Slack, WhatsApp, and Google Calendar.
