Stray Kids makes Billboard history with ninth consecutive No. 1 album

K-pop group Stray Kids has made history on the Billboard 200 with their tenth mini-album, ‘THIS & THAT’. The album debuted at number one for the week ending August 13, 2026, marking the group’s ninth consecutive number-one entry on the chart.

This achievement makes Stray Kids the first act in the 70-year history of the Billboard 200 to have their first nine charting albums debut at number one. The group also ties The Rolling Stones for the second-most number-one albums by a group in the chart's history, trailing only The Beatles, who hold 19 number-one albums.

According to Luminate, ‘THIS & THAT’ earned 369,000 equivalent album units in the United States, representing the group’s largest sales week to date. This total includes 357,000 traditional album sales, which is also a career high for the group. The project was produced by the group’s in-house production unit, 3RACHA.
