Streaming platforms are highlighting new content offerings. Prime Video has announced 'Ardente Vingança' as a major title for 2026. Written and directed by Aleshea Harris, the film follows two sisters, Racine and Anaia, on a violent journey of revenge following a traumatic event caused by their father, played by Sterling K. Brown.

On Netflix, the miniseries 'Quicksand' is gaining attention. Based on the literary work by Malin Persson Giolito and created by Camilla Ahlgren, the six-episode series follows Maja, a student in Stockholm facing murder charges after a school tragedy. The series features a cast including Hanna Ardéhn, Felix Sandman, and David Dencik.
