Streaming services announce major August OTT releases

Several major streaming releases are scheduled for mid-August across platforms including Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, and ZEE5.

On Prime Video, the fourth season of the action thriller ‘Reacher’, starring Alan Ritchson, premieres on August 12. Based on Lee Child’s novel ‘Gone Tomorrow’, the season follows Reacher as he becomes entangled in a conspiracy after a chance encounter on a subway.

Also on Prime Video, ‘The Traitors Season 2’, hosted by Karan Johar, is set to premiere on August 13. This reality thriller features 21 celebrity contestants participating in a game of trust and betrayal.

Netflix will release the romantic drama ‘Cocktail 2’ on August 14, featuring Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Rashmika Mandanna. Additionally, ‘This, That and Everything in Between’ is scheduled for August 13.
