Streaming services release new documentaries and series
New content is arriving across several major streaming platforms. On Netflix, the documentary ‘Untold Mr. T: I Pity the Fool’ explores the career of Laurence Tureaud, covering his time in professional wrestling and his roles in ‘Rocky III’ and ‘The A-Team’. However, Mr. T has expressed dissatisfaction with the film, stating it failed to cover significant aspects of his life and attempted to ‘control the narrative’.
Other notable releases include HBO’s new true crime series directed by Matthew Galkin, which examines a 2002 double homicide case in Topeka, Kansas. Additionally, the mockumentary sitcom ‘The Paper’ has returned for its second season on Peacock, following the staff of a small newspaper in Toledo, Ohio.
