Streaming services release new shows including Dark Matter and Leanne

Several new series are debuting or returning on major streaming platforms this week.

On Apple TV+, the second season of the sci-fi adaptation ‘Dark Matter’ returns, continuing the story of the Dessen family beyond the original Blake Crouch novel.

Netflix is releasing the second season of the multicam sitcom ‘Leanne’, created by Chuck Lorre, which follows a character navigating life after a long-term relationship.

Other notable releases include the second season of the FX series ‘Adults’, which focuses on five roommates in Queens, and ‘The Varnell Hill Show’ on Paramount+, a legacy sequel to the series ‘Martin’ starring Tommy Davidson.
