Street art events scheduled in Mers-les-Bains and Villiers-sur-Marne

Various street art events are taking place in France. In Mers-les-Bains, the 9th edition of the Graffiti Festival will be held on August 29 and 30, 2026. Orchestrated by artist Johann Grenier, approximately forty artists will create live works on 42 panels under the theme ‘Fantasy’. The event, which celebrates the 40th anniversary of the Mers-les-Bains protected sector, will feature fourteen new installation areas on the northern part of the esplanade. The artworks will remain on display until September 20, 2026.

In Villiers-sur-Marne, the Micro Folie is hosting an exhibition titled ‘Du trait au spray: entre graff et griffonnage’ from August 29 to September 26, 2026. The exhibition features the work of SANDRE, whose style blends graffiti, geometric shapes, and cartoon characters, and Tom Audebert, who creates meditative, continuous line drawings inspired by artists such as Moebius and Yayoi Kusama.
