Street Fighter 6 to add new character Arjun on 13 October

Capcom is set to release Arjun, a new DLC fighter for Street Fighter 6, on 13 October 2026 as part of the Year 4 season. Arjun is an original character from India, described as a massive, 6’9”, 320-pound grappler who utilizes a unique “bare-knuckle yoga” fighting style.

His gameplay mechanics center on manipulating recoverable damage (white health) and utilizing earth and smoke-based abilities. Key moves include summoning stone spires from the ground to use as weapons and specialized throws designed to target the opponent's recoverable damage gauge. His kit also features projectile-like smoke rings and parry-style defensive maneuvers.

Unlike previous DLC cycles that often feature returning veteran characters, Arjun is a brand-new addition to the roster. His design and combat style are inspired by Bollywood aesthetics, incorporating rhythmic movements and powerful, heavy-hitting strikes.
