Street Fighter live-action film features iconic Capcom characters

The new Street Fighter live-action film, directed by Kitao Sakurai, features Noah Centineo as Ken Masters and Andrew Koji as Ryu. Set in the 1990s, the story follows Ken as he participates in a World Warrior tournament while Ryu seeks vengeance against Akuma, the man responsible for the death of their mentor, Gouken.

The production includes a wide array of iconic Capcom characters, such as M. Bison, Chun-Li, Blanka, Balrog, Guile, and Zangief. While the film is noted for its faithful action sequences and nostalgic soundtrack, some prominent characters from the video game franchise are absent from the live-action segments, including Gill, Oro, Seth, Gen, and Sagat.
