Street Fighter movie trailer reveals M. Bison's signature move

A new television spot for the upcoming Street Fighter film features the character M. Bison performing his signature Psycho Crusher move. David Dastmalchian portrays the leader of Shadaloo, a casting choice that has drawn comparisons to Raúl Juliá’s performance in the 1994 adaptation.

Dastmalchian noted in an interview that his portrayal may differ from the traditional, imposing titan archetype, as the film aims to explore the motivations behind why followers commit to Shadaloo.

The movie, which was originally slated for a March 2026 release, is now scheduled to arrive in theaters on October 16, 2026. The cast includes Noah Centineo as Ken, Andrew Koji as Ryu, Cody Rhodes as Guile, Roman Reigns as Akuma, Jason Momoa as Blanka, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, and Andrew Schulz as Dan.
