STRIDE LAB opens 18th Japanese store in Nara on Aug 8, 2026

STRIDE LAB, the specialty running and outdoor retailer operated by Japan’s Stride Group, will open its 18th domestic location in Nara on 8 August 2026. The store is the second in the Kansai region after the Osaka outlet opened in 2023 and is situated near Kintetsu Nara Station, close to the historic Nara‑Park promenade.

The Nara shop will stock natural‑running shoes such as ALTRA and Notace, as well as barefoot‑style footwear from brands like LEMS, GROUNDIES and LUNA SANDALS, alongside apparel and conditioning accessories. To mark the launch, customers who purchase on the opening day receive a limited‑edition arm‑sleeve made for the local sock brand OLENO. A free group run covering roughly 5–6 km will start from the store at 8 a.m. on the first day, with registration beginning at 7:30 a.m.
