Strijen hosts heritage activities for Heritage Day

On Saturday, October 17, heritage institutions across the Hoeksche Waard region will open to the public for Heritage Day. Various museums, archaeological associations, mills, and churches will participate, offering activities for all ages.

In Strijen, the Sint Lambertus Church and the blacksmith museum will be open, with the latter featuring blacksmith demonstrations. The Oudheidkundige Vereniging Strijen will also host guided village walks through notable locations for a fee of €2 per person. Additionally, the museum will offer a scavenger hunt for children under 17.
