Strive expands Bitcoin treasury and announces $500M preferred stock IPO

Strive, a Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company, has significantly expanded its digital asset reserves and capital-raising initiatives. Following a series of aggressive acquisitions, the company’s total Bitcoin holdings reached 35,595 BTC, moving it into the fourth position among publicly traded companies by volume, surpassing MARA.

In early October, Strive executed two major purchase rounds, acquiring a total of 6,133 BTC for approximately $515 million. These transactions increased its treasury by over 20 percent in just seven trading days. To support its ongoing accumulation strategy and corporate operations, the company reported that investors exercised approximately $208 million in warrants.

Furthermore, Strive announced plans for a $500 million initial public offering (IPO) of its Series A Perpetual SATS Preferred Stock. The offering consists of 5 million shares with a $100 par value and a 15% annual cumulative dividend. Net proceeds are intended for Bitcoin acquisitions, income-generating assets, share repurchases, and general corporate purposes. The company also formalized a $100 minimum issuance price for its SATA preferred stock within its governing documents to provide price protection for investors.
