Strong Thunderstorms Expected in Western New England, Gusty Winds Forecast for Upper Midwest

In the Upper Midwest, a passing cold front will generate gusty winds and cooler-than‑normal temperatures across Minnesota and north‑west Wisconsin through the weekend. Winds may exceed 30 mph on Friday, with scattered showers and non‑severe thunderstorms possible. High temperatures will remain in the 60s, and breezy conditions are expected to continue into early next week.
