Strongman competitions held in Hel and Zgierz

Strongman competitions were held in Hel and Zgierz, featuring both professional displays and community participation.

In Hel, strongmen Tomasz Lademann and Maciej Hirsz led an event at the Seaside Boulevard where residents and tourists participated in six strength challenges, including the Hercules Grip and Farmer's Walk. The event aimed at community integration and featured performances by Julia Rojek.

In Zgierz, the 10th anniversary of the Polish Strongman Cup took place. Competitors faced extreme physical tests, such as carrying 300 kilograms and pulling a 10-ton vehicle. The event included special guest Marcin Najman and featured several notable strength athletes.
