Stryker Corporation sees shifts in institutional ownership

Institutional investors have recently adjusted their positions in medical technology company Stryker Corporation.

According to recent SEC filings, Argent Trust Co increased its stake in the company by 66.4% during the second quarter, bringing its total holdings to 15,889 shares valued at approximately $5,002,000. Conversely, both AMG National Trust Bank and Janney Montgomery Scott LLC reduced their exposure. AMG National Trust Bank decreased its stake by 17.7% in the second quarter, while Janney Montgomery Scott LLC lowered its position by 17.6% during the same period.

Other institutional activity includes new positions from Godfrey Financial Associates Inc., Sankala Group LLC, United Financial Planning Group LLC, Atlas Capital Advisors Inc., and DJE Kapital AG. Currently, hedge funds and other institutional investors own approximately 77.09% of Stryker Corporation's stock.
