BBI Development signs 840 million PLN construction contract for Warsaw's Roma Tower

BBI Development, through its associate company PW RT, has signed a construction contract with a consortium led by Strabagu and TKT Engineering for the Roma Tower project in Warsaw.

The contract covers both the underground and above-ground construction of a high-rise residential building and its accompanying infrastructure. The net value of the lump-sum agreement is approximately 840 million PLN. The construction is expected to be completed within 50 months of the site being handed over.

Additionally, BBI Development announced the sale of its rights and obligations in the Liebrecht and Wood RT company to the Czech investment group AKIPIA. This move includes a capital contribution to help finance the ongoing development projects.
