Stuart Nash appointed COO of Unit4

Unit4 announced that Stuart Nash will join the company as Chief Operating Officer. In his new role he will oversee Customer Success, including the Success4U program, and the IT‑Operations team, aiming to further accelerate client onboarding cycles that now average about 90 days.

Nash comes from Finastra, where he served as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer and was responsible for a business unit with $250 million in revenue. He also previously held senior leadership positions at NHS Test & Trace and Vodafone UK, bringing roughly 30 years of experience in operational leadership and transformation. CEO Simon Paris said Nash’s expertise will help raise the bar for customers and drive continued innovation. As part of the transition, Chief Customer Officer Jean de Villiers will leave Unit4, having established the company’s Customer‑Success strategy and the Success4U approach.
