Studenac appoints Mikolaj Chruszczewski as CFO

The Supervisory Board of the retail chain Studenac has appointed Mikolaj Chruszczewski as a member of the Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 14, 2026.

Chruszczewski succeeds Michal Halwa, who served the company for over six years and played a significant role in positioning Studenac within the Croatian market. This appointment is part of a broader management restructuring initiated by the company earlier this year to strengthen the leadership team and align expertise with a new phase of corporate development.

Michał Senczuk, Chairman of the Board at Studenac, stated that the move aims to support strategic goals and ensure financial stability and sustainable growth. The company is currently focusing on maximizing its network potential and improving operations following a period of intensive growth.
