Student excursions in Germany feature historical tours and creative workshops

Students in Germany participated in various educational field trips designed to supplement classroom learning.

A class from Friedrichsgymnasium Kassel visited Fritzlar as part of a history lesson. Led by a local guide, the students toured the city walls and a tower, where they learned about medieval torture methods and historical city defenses. The tour included views of the city and a visit to the cathedral and timber-framed houses.

In another event, students from Gesamtschule Buer Mitte attended a graffiti workshop at the Manuel Neuer Kids Foundation (MANUS). Following a study of the novel ‘Holes’, the students used spray paint to create murals that visually represented the book's themes, such as justice, hope, and danger, through specific colors and symbols.
