Further south, a house on Nils Ols väg in Östra Göinge (Broby) is on the market with 135 m² of space and a price of 3.7 million SEK. Nearby houses in the same municipality are listed between 950 000 SEK and 2.3 million SEK, offering sizes from 95 m² to 180 m².
