Student-led composting startup ReClaim launches at MSU

Tanner Marlow has launched ReClaim, an organic waste recycling operation based at Michigan State University. The student-led business operates out of the Department of Landscape Architecture’s space at South Farm.

To support the venture, the university provided essential resources, including workspace, a truck, a dump-bed trailer, composting equipment, and a skid steer. Marlow noted that the startup process involved significant learning opportunities and support from professors, university staff, and peers.
