Students in Poland participate in Clean Up the World campaign

Students across different regions of Poland participated in the annual ‘Clean Up the World’ initiative, focusing on environmental protection and waste reduction.

In Słupsk, students and teachers from Primary School No. 9 engaged in cleaning up the school surroundings, local parks, and lawns. The event served as both an environmental action and a community integration activity.

In the Racibórz County, secondary school students gathered at the Piast Castle for the campaign, which this year focused on the theme ‘SOS for water – let it be free of trash!’. The initiative, supported by Deputy Starosta Ewa Lewandowska, aimed to highlight the importance of protecting water resources and promoting ecological education. The event emphasized that environmental responsibility involves daily choices and reducing waste production rather than just cleaning up existing litter.
