Students in Pouso Alegre open high school time capsule

Students at the Presidente Bernardes State School in Pouso Alegre, Minas Gerais, recently opened a time capsule containing letters and objects collected during their first year of full-time high school.

The initiative, part of the ‘Life Project’ curriculum, encouraged students to record their dreams, expectations, and personal milestones to be revisited upon reaching their third year. Participants described the experience as a nostalgic moment that highlighted their personal growth and changing perspectives on the world.

Teachers noted that the project aims to foster a sense of belonging to the school and to allow students to reflect on their academic and personal evolution over the three-year period.
