Studio Ingegneria Noemi Milani opens Training Hub in Gallarate

Studio Ingegneria Noemi Milani Srl has inaugurated the Training Hub in Gallarate, a 500-square-meter facility dedicated to the practical training and instruction of workers regarding occupational health and safety.

Representing a 100,000 euro investment, the indoor space is designed to replicate real-world industrial environments. The facility allows workers to move beyond theoretical knowledge by practicing correct procedures, behaviors, and intervention methods in a controlled setting. The hub features specialized equipment, operational areas, and technological tools to facilitate demonstrations and simulations.

The inauguration coincides with the European Week for Safety and Health at Work. Roberto Curioni, CFO of Studio Ingegneria Noemi Milani, stated that while theory is fundamental, practical training must closely mirror the daily situations workers face to effectively prevent workplace risks.
