Subang companies offer 2,300 jobs via online job fair

Thirty local and multinational companies are offering 2,300 job vacancies for skilled workers in Subang Regency through an online job fair. The recruitment process is facilitated by the West Java Provincial Government via the ‘Nyari Gawe’ application.

Global electric vehicle manufacturers are the primary drivers of this employment surge. VinFast Auto Mobile is offering the largest number of positions, including 300 production operators and 20 administrative staff, with a registration deadline of October 23, 2026. BYD Auto Indonesia is seeking 50 production operators, with a deadline of October 4, 2026.

The retail sector is also contributing significantly to local employment. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) has opened 100 positions for store crew until October 10, 2026, while PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) is recruiting 6 store crew members until October 31, 2026. The online job fair features 85 different job roles across the participating companies.
