Subaru introduces 2027 Outback with new entry-level trim
Subaru of America has announced pricing for its 2027 Outback lineup, headlined by the reintroduction of an entry-level base trim. Starting at an MSRP of $32,995, the new base model is approximately $2,000 less than the entry price of the previous model.
In addition to the new base trim, Subaru has lowered the MSRP for several other models. The Limited, Touring, Limited XT, Touring XT, and Wilderness trims all see price reductions ranging from $770 to $1,900. The Premium trim remains priced at $34,995, though increased destination charges may affect its relative cost compared to previous years.
The 2027 base model includes several upgraded standard features, such as a 12.1-inch Subaru Multimedia System touchscreen and a 12.3-inch full digital instrument cluster. Other standard equipment includes Subaru’s all-wheel-drive system, heated front seats and side mirrors, a power tailgate, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. The vehicles are expected to arrive at retailers across the United States later this year.
