Subaru unveils its first fully electric SUV, the Uncharted

Subaru has introduced the Uncharted, its first fully electric SUV, built on a dedicated EV platform developed with Toyota. The model is offered in three powertrain configurations: two front‑wheel‑drive versions with 58 kWh (167 hp) and 77 kWh (224 hp) battery packs, and an all‑wheel‑drive version with a 77 kWh pack (343 hp). Official WLTP ranges are up to 592 km for the larger FWD battery and up to 495 km for the AWD version. All variants support up to 150 kW DC fast charging and 22 kW AC charging.

The Uncharted retains Subaru’s off‑road heritage with a 211 mm ground clearance, X‑Mode off‑road modes and a towing capacity of 1.5 t. Safety equipment includes Subaru Safety Sense, pre‑collision braking, adaptive cruise control, lane‑keep assist, blind‑spot monitoring and rear‑cross‑traffic alert. In Greece the vehicle is priced from €37,360 for the base front‑wheel‑drive model to €47,750 for the top AWD spec, with optional financing and state electric‑vehicle incentives. Subaru aims to sell about 350 units of the Uncharted and its sister EV models this year, targeting 2,000 combined sales by 2028.
