Subaru expands electric lineup with Uncharted SUV and E-Outback

Subaru is expanding its electric vehicle lineup with the introduction of the Uncharted compact SUV and the E-Outback touring model. The Uncharted is available in multiple configurations, including a dual-motor all-wheel drive (AWD) version and front-wheel drive options. It features a 21 cm ground clearance, X-MODE terrain assistance, and the Subaru Safety Sense suite of driver assistance technologies.

The E-Outback, developed in collaboration with Toyota on a shared platform, serves as an electric successor to the traditional Outback. The vehicle features a system output of 280 kW (380 hp), capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. It maintains off-road capabilities through its E-AWD system and Grip Control technology.

In specific markets like France, Subaru has introduced the Uncharted ‘ST-E’ accessories package. This aesthetic upgrade draws inspiration from Subaru’s rally heritage, featuring gold accents, gold wheels, and Alcantara interior elements, though it does not include mechanical or powertrain modifications.
