Subway to host large-scale picnic on Australia's Gold Coast

Subway Australia is organizing a major picnic event at the Broadwater Parklands on the Gold Coast to celebrate World Sandwich Day. Scheduled for Sunday, 1 November, the event aims to host over 500 locals and visitors.

The brand plans to provide more than 130 picnic mats and offer free subs, wraps, and cookies to attendees. Kerrie Hockless, Head of Brand Marketing for Subway Australia, described the gathering as the company's largest picnic event to date. The event will take place at the Southern Lawn from 10 AM to 1 PM.
