Subway is scheduled to open a new location at the Kohnan Kohoku Inter Store food court in Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama, on October 1, 2026. Managed by Watami Fast Casual Management, the store will serve local residents, shoppers, and nearby office workers.

The new outlet will feature a self-order system designed to help customers customize their sandwiches at their own pace, addressing potential barriers for first-time visitors. Upon its opening, Subway is expected to reach a total of 240 stores across Japan.
