Succes SEO launches Leono AI Chat Bot for WordPress

Succes SEO has launched Leono AI Chat Bot, an artificial intelligence-based virtual assistant plugin specifically designed for WordPress websites. Developed in Romania, the tool is intended for various business types, including online stores, service providers, restaurants, hotels, and training centers.

The chatbot functions by scanning a company's public web pages to build a specialized knowledge base. This allows the assistant to provide accurate answers based on specific company information rather than generic data. Administrators can verify, edit, and update this knowledge base to reflect changes in pricing, services, or schedules.

Leono aims to prevent potential customers from leaving a site due to delayed responses during non-business hours. The plugin includes an administration panel, documentation, and support, all provided in Romanian. It is designed to capture visitor inquiries and collect contact data for follow-up by human teams.
