Multiple job fairs organized by the National Agency for Employment (ANOFM) and its county branches have taken place across various Romanian counties, targeting graduates and job seekers.

In Neamț, over 900 participants attended events in Piatra Neamț, Roman, and Târgu Neamț, where 74 employers offered 507 vacancies. In Reșița, 306 people participated in a fair offering 265 positions, with 81 individuals selected for immediate interviews. In Bistrița-Năsăud, 23 employers provided 121 vacancies, ranging from engineering roles to manual labor. In Giurgiu, 31 economic agents offered 195 jobs in sectors such as shipbuilding, commerce, and hospitality.

In Pitești, approximately 500 people attended a fair at Argeș Mall, where 33 employers presented 279 vacancies, primarily in the automotive and construction industries. In Buzău, the fair saw 350 graduates seeking work, though only 9 positions were specifically designated for those with higher education, with a high demand for technical specialties like chemical and mechanical engineering.
