Suceava local councilor criticizes Mayor Rîmbu over renovation projects

In Suceava, local councilor Lucian Harșovschi, a member of the National Liberal Party (PNL), has criticized the current administration led by Mayor Vasile Rîmbu. Harșovschi, a former vice-mayor, used irony to challenge the administration's claims regarding the renovation of three apartment buildings in the city center.

Harșovschi asserted that the heavy lifting—including design, securing European funding, and execution—was completed by the previous administration, whereas the current administration merely removed old signage. This internal friction occurs as the PNL Suceava leadership attempts to maintain stability with Mayor Rîmbu following his suspension from the Social Democratic Party (PSD).
