Sudenaz Çelik aims for world arm wrestling championship

Turkish national arm wrestler Sudenaz Çelik is preparing to compete in the 47th World Arm Wrestling Championship, held in New Delhi, India, from October 26 to November 7. Çelik, who recently secured first place in the left arm category at the Turkish Championship in Yalova, intends to compete in the 18-year-old, 70 kg division.

Çelik expressed her goal of winning the world title to represent Turkey and her hometown of Sivas. Her coach, Emine Bilgin, noted that the training regimen includes three days of work per week, consisting of two days of weight training and one day of table practice.
