Sueca hosts eleventh edition of Firarròs rice and tapas fair

The town of Sueca will host the eleventh edition of Firarròs from September 11 to 13. The traditional tapas and tasting fair focuses on promoting rice culture and its agricultural and gastronomic importance.

Local officials, including Mayor Julián Sáez and Councilor Teresa Ribes, presented the event, which aims to boost the local hospitality sector and increase tourism. A new initiative called ‘firabus’ has been introduced to attract associations and groups from other municipalities to experience the local cuisine.
