Suez Governor directs improved response to citizen complaints

Suez Governor Hany Rashad held an expanded weekly meeting with district heads and executive leaders to monitor work implementation and service quality. The Governor emphasized the necessity of field presence and immediate responses to citizen complaints to improve the governorate's urban appearance.

Key directives included intensifying cleaning efforts, waste removal—particularly near school perimeters—and improving road efficiency. Rashad also ordered the removal of encroachments and obstructions near schools to ensure the safety and regularity of the educational process. Additionally, preparations are underway for the Suez National Day celebrations, with instructions to raise readiness levels across all sectors and districts.
