Sugakiya to open two Kanagawa locations in October 2026

Sugakiya, the Nagoya-based fast food chain, will open two new locations in Kanagawa Prefecture in October 2026, marking its first expansion into the Kanto region in approximately 20 years.

The first location, Sugakiya Kaede Walk Nagatsuda, is scheduled to open on October 15, 2026, in Yokohama. The second, Sugakiya Hon-Atsugi Milord East, is set to open on October 29, 2026, in Atsugi. Both stores will offer signature items such as ramen, soft serve ice cream, and cream zenzai, though pricing in the Kanto region will differ from existing locations.

Sugaki Co. Systems aims to expand its presence in the Kanto area by opening 50 stores over the next three years.
