Sugee Group unveils 52-acre Sugee Lake District in Thane

Sugee Group has announced the Sugee Lake District, a 52-acre waterfront development in Thane West. The project marks the group’s entry into the Thane market and is designed as a business district to support the economic growth of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The development will include Grade A++ commercial offices, high-street retail, fine dining, and a six-acre lakeview promenade. To promote sustainability, the project has been registered under the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system, focusing on resource efficiency and environmentally responsible design.

Architect Hafeez Contractor is designing the development, with Sterling acting as the structural consultant and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) providing peer review.
