SugiWave Interactive announces new mobile game Nobunaga's Ambition Nyan Kafubu

SugiWave Interactive has announced a new mobile game titled ‘Nobunaga's Ambition: Nyan Kafubu’. The project is being developed under a license from Koei Tecmo Games for the ‘Nobunaga's Ambition’ intellectual property.

The game is a Sengoku-era strategy title featuring ‘cat warlords.’ Players will navigate a story beginning with a protagonist and their sister arriving on an undeveloped island following a political upheaval. Gameplay mechanics include island exploration, resource gathering such as wood and stone, base building, and unit training.

In addition to combat, players must manage base development and form alliances to compete for territory. The game aims to combine the series' traditional strategic battles with new elements of settlement management and territory expansion.
