Sukiennice to be featured in new Polish passports

The Sukiennice, located in Krakow's Main Market Square, is set to be featured on the pages of the newly designed Polish passport. This decision was announced by the Ministry of Interior and Administration.

The Małopolska Voivodeship Marshal's Office, which advocated for the site as a representative of the region's heritage, received official thanks from the Ministry for its involvement in the recommendation process. The Sukiennice is a historic landmark housing various commercial stalls, the Noworolski cafe, and the Gallery of 19th-Century Polish Painting and Sculpture.
