Sukiya to launch new Pork Rock Curry menu

Sukiya, the Japanese beef bowl chain, is launching a new menu item called "Pork Rock Curry" starting August 18 at 9:00 AM. The dish features large pieces of pork that are seared on the surface and then steamed to achieve a soft, tender texture. The meat is finished with a smoky, flavorful special barbecue sauce.

Customers can choose from several variations based on the amount of meat provided: the standard version with one piece, a "Meat Double" with two pieces, and a "Meat Triple" with three pieces. Toppings such as fried garlic or a garlic and chili flake mixture are also available through the "Garlic Pork Rock Curry" and "Garlic Fire Pork Rock Curry" options. Prices range from 790 yen for a mini single-meat portion to 1,970 yen for a mega-sized triple-meat portion.
