Sukiya to launch new roast pork bowl menu series

Sukiya is launching a new ‘Roast Pork Don’ series starting October 14 at 9:00 AM. The menu features pork shoulder loin that has been slow-cooked at low temperatures to achieve a soft texture, served over rice with a special soy sauce dressing made from onions, garlic, and black pepper.

In addition to the standard version, the chain will offer variations including a garlic roast pork bowl, a version topped with a soft-boiled egg, and a mountain yam (yamakake) version. The rollout is planned for approximately 1,971 stores.
