Sulmona: Energy efficiency works begin on Ater residential buildings

Energy efficiency works have commenced on three residential buildings owned by Ater della provincia dell’Aquila in Sulmona. Located on via XXV Aprile, the project involves three building blocks comprising 31 housing units across six and seven floors.

Funded by the ‘Fondo per lo sviluppo e la coesione’ via the Region, the intervention is valued at approximately 1.48 million euros. The structural improvements aim to increase inhabitant comfort and reduce thermal dispersion through the insulation of vertical and horizontal surfaces, as well as the replacement of external window frames, shutters, and blinds.
